What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of project management experience focused on InfoSec or IT projects
  • 2+ years of experience managing initiatives using Agile Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
  • Excellent time management, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with proven abilities managing multiple tasks at once
  • Stakeholder-focused with strong attention to quality and detail
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment while predicting challenges and seeking to proactively head-off obstacles

We'd Love to See:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT/IS, Project Management or a related field
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, SAFe), Information Security (CISSP, CISM), or IT Service Management (ITIL)
  • IT experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented or multinational environment

Impact You'll Make:

You will have the chance to join TU as a Technical Project Manager, focused on InfoSec initiatives. Projects vary in size and scope, along with regional impact, so you'll have the chance to work on projects that are domestically and globally focused, while leading cross functional teams.

As a member of the Cybersecurity Enablement team and will interact with teams throughout Information Security and across both domestic and international business units. Leveraging the Agile methodology and scrum practices and following true project management methods, you'll help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity. You'll also help service owners, development, operations and engineering teams to achieve strategic objectives.
