- 2+ years of experience managing initiatives using Agile Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
- Excellent time management, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with proven abilities managing multiple tasks at once
- Stakeholder-focused with strong attention to quality and detail
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment while predicting challenges and seeking to proactively head-off obstacles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT/IS, Project Management or a related field
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, SAFe), Information Security (CISSP, CISM), or IT Service Management (ITIL)
- IT experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented or multinational environment
