TEKsystems is searching for an experience support engineer for a role with our client based in Austin, TX. We are looking for a deeply capable engineer responsible for handling support escalations and critical support cases raised by various groups. In this role, our team provides timely and effective resolution to our most important customers' support issues. You will have the opportunity to work with other teams from across the company, across a variety of disciplines, while delivering functionality that hundreds of our users depend on. Key Qualifications
At least 5 years in professional programming of Java, JavaScript frameworks, RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL), NoSQL (Cassandra) and Message queues (Kafka)
Experience responding to critical customer-facing and internal executive-level escalations
Strong experience in support, operations, process improvement, relationship management, and data analysis
Demonstrated track record designing, building, and deploying highly scalable cloud-based architectures
Strong analytical capabilities for identifying and resolving engineering tradeoffs
