One of our high-tech clients is currently seeking a UI/UX Engineer for a 6+ month role that will eventually sit in Austin, TX (remote to start). The biggest technical strengths this individual should have are Java, Spring, and node. Unable to support C2C for this role:We are looking for a candidate who is self-driven, independently troubleshoot technical issues, and work with teams of developers and test engineers who take pride in building elegant solutions.
Requirements:- 5+ years Web Application Development
- Java server side and UI experience.
- recent projects with React and NodeJS
- hands on experience with Highcharts and D3
- Expertise with Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience working with XML, JSON, and RESTful web services.
- Experience with Oracle or similar relational databases
- Experience with NoSQL database
- Design and develop web applications and service APIs supporting external clients as well as internal product suite components.
- Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
- Continuously improve maintainability, security, and scalability.
- Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a group.
