Visa is seeking an experienced

Website Optimization and Production Manager with exceptional analytical, technical, and project management skills. The ideal candidate is a team player, ideator, and a bit of a web magician with a firm understanding of great digital build and performance to goal. We’re looking to this role to optimize our sites on every whit to make them work as hard as possible. This role will sit in the Cybersource division of Visa, a global payments management platform.

Website Optimization and Production Manager should be well versed in not only what is possible with digital web today but also where it is headed and bring fresh, new, and interesting ideas to the table. We don’t believe in saying it can’t be done, but in finding the right ways to nail the outcome intended.

This role will support product marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and the team it sits on (Brand & Digital). The

Website Optimization and Production Manager will optimize and build pages for Cybersource.com and Authorize.net, leveraging ContentSquare, Optimizely, Eloqua, and AEM. You will roll up your sleeves and get right to work in making our websites work as hard as possible to engage and convert. It will not be boring, we promise. You’ll have the ability to be part of something interesting where you will see your direct impact rather than being just another cog in the wheel.

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Brand & Digital Marketing for Cybersource.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Constant site optimization through rigorous testing, leveraging Optimizely, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, user testing, and other data analysis tools.

  • Reporting out on findings and documenting learnings

  • Consistently implementing documented findings

  • Identify ways to improve engagement and conversion across sites

  • Creatively mockup new initiative ideas and remain comfortable with varying degrees of ambiguity

  • Acting as a SME resource for site optimization

  • Leveraging components and templates to author, edit, and launch pages within AEM using content from Word documents, images, videos, Adobe XD, and other assets

  • Proactively managing content within the content management system and taking ownership for quality, consistency, accuracy, and style guide adherence

  • Work across the business to identify opportunities, agree on solutions, put them in place and report on outcomes

  • Assisting with QA, troubleshooting and production issues associated with deployment

Qualities of a successful candidate:

  • Use Optimizely to design and implement A/B testing, interpret, and share results, implement as appropriate

  • Analyze campaign traffic data using Google analytics to track success and make data driven improvement choices. Turn data into dollars, year over year

  • Knowledge of AEM programs to edit and integrate pages for acquired sites. AEM skills must include template authoring, tagging, reporting, and workflows

  • Productivity, initiative, and follow-through. We also appreciate flexibility – because, sometimes things change and we have to roll with the punches.

  • Ability to comprehend the “big picture” to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to interpret feedback/intent from the stakeholder and leadership perspective to reduce iterations

  • Stellar communicator and team player who likes to have fun. Team spirit is a big deal to us.

Preferred location isBellevue, WA, Austin, TX and Lehi, UT.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 5+ years of digital work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree Experience using A/B, multivariate testing tools (Optimizely) Experience leveraging and providing analysis through ContentSquare or other heatmapping and journey pathing tools Experience leveraging and analyzing site data via Google Analytics Experience with user testing Deep understanding of SEO and how to build pages that rank Strong reporting skills to translate the what we did, what happened, the “so what”, and actions to be taken as a result Full savviness and capability with Adobe Experience Manager You have a history of project management – keeping projects fully organized, on-track, on-budget, and delivered to or above expectation You have the ability to build and nurture cross-functional relationships and foster partnerships, high degree of professionalism, courtesy and respect
