Job Title: Administrative AssistantDuration: 3+ months with high possibility of extensionLocation: Austin, TXPay rate: $21/hr.We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily walk-throughs of the building to ensure everything is in order and identify any potential issues.
Greet and interact with visitors, providing them with knowledge about the building and assisting them as needed.
Serve as a primary source of information and assistance for guests and employees.
Handle written communications, including newsletters and other informational materials.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Utilize Slack, MS Office Suite, and Outlook for daily communication and tasks.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven customer-facing experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in hospitality or front desk services, preferably in a concierge role.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role.
Experience in concierge services or hospitality/front desk experience is highly desirable.
High school diploma or GED required.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in using Slack, MS Office Suite, and Outlook.
