Looking for a Sous Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience as a sous chef or lead line cook.
Also Seeking to fill an additional position for an experienced line cook
What we are looking for in a Sous Chef :
A chef with leadership skills and who leads by example
Some one who is knowledgable about food and kitchen health standards and safety practices and that will help hold the BOH accountable
A individual who takes initiative in organization and planning of the day to day . Some one also has goal one day can lead the whole kitchen
What we are looking for in a line cook:
Follows direction well
Good at consolidating and multi-tasking during rush times
Works clean and efficiently
Must have a good attitude and good work ethic
