We're looking for a female attendant to assist in caring for a 32 year old girl with cerebral palsy on Saturdays from 4pm to Sunday morning at 10am.
A little about her: she is wheelchair bound, verbal and even with a learning disability has earned a college degree. She is fun, active and has a literal and younger perspective of life. She loves Legos, arts and crafts, reading, swinging, swimming, and power soccer. She has a service dog.
Qualities we're looking for in an ideal candidate would be integrity, consistency, predictability, patience, kindness, spirituality, a self starter and fun. Physical qualities needed would be lifting/transferring her (100lbs), reliable transportation and phone, clean driving record, and dog friendly.
Brief job description, you'll be working overnights Saturday from around 4pm to around 10am on Sundays. In the evening you will cooking dinner, showering her, and enjoying the evening before bedtime. During the night, when necessary, you'll assist in turning/rotating her for comfort.You will have a bedroom and private bath to sleep.

She has routines and procedures that we follow and ask you to follow to continue to help her gain maximum independence, autonomy, confidence and happiness! The pay will vary on when you actually arrive and leave, but it starts at $320 per shift.
