Maintenance position open at one of the premier high rises in downtown Austin. You'd work with a team of five maintenance personnel in maintaining and improving this incredible building. It is an HOA, but don't let that fool you and our equipment is commercial.
A background in electrical, HVAC, woodworking, drywall, painting is beneficial.
Professionalism and proper etiquette due to the cliental of the building is key.
Tools and training provided.
We are looking for somebody who wants to work with a team which is already established and can become an asset.
