We’re expanding our HVAC team in Austin and looking for motivated Installers and Service Technicians who are ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork).
Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Ensure all work meets local codes and USHS quality standards.
Educate customers on system performance, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer or Service Technician (residential preferred).
Valid EPA Section 608 Certification.
Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
