Solar Panel Delivery Personnel Wanted

With new locations and markets opening up, we are in need of hard working Solar Delivery Specialists with many opportunities in advancement. Strong individuals dedicated to a good work ethic that can work well with a team, that are able to lift solar panels to the roofs of residential customers, and bring a positive vibe to the work environment.
Final Mile Solar moves individually kitted solar material from distributors and places it On The Roof. Employees have to be comfortable with heights and safety oriented . Part time to full time delivery personnel needed to deliver solar equipment in the Phoenix area. Must be comfortable walking on roofs. Responsibilities include:
1. Walk on roofs comfortably
2. Lift up to 80 pounds
3. Able to work early in the morning
4. Drive a 26 foot box truck
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Possess integrity and honesty
8. Likes to have fun
9. Able to climb ladders comfortably

Pay is paid on a per delivery basis $40 dollars for the first three deliveries of the day and $45 every job after. We average 3 deliveries a day per team with some days reaching as many as 6. Please contact us for more information.
