The Role:

The Talent Mobility Relocation Program Manager will manage collaborative relationships with EA’s global relocation vendors, provide guidance to HR (People Experience – PE) and the business regarding relocation strategy and programs, and ensure superior support for employees and candidates relocating in the US and Canada.

This role will work closely with the Talent Mobility Director and team to recommend strategies and ensure synergy across relocation, immigration and tax programs. You will also influence the business and grow cross-functional relationships in service of fostering the best relocation and international assignment experience for EA’s people.

This is a fast-paced role on a highly collaborative team of mobility experts, requiring strategic thinking and providing efficient and high-quality service.

This position reports to the Director of Talent Mobility.

The Mobility Team:

EA’s Talent Mobility team sits within Talent Acquisition and is uniquely positioned to partner closely across PE and the business to achieve our vision of providing mobility experiences that inspire and shape EA’s workforce of the future. At EA, we believe Talent Mobility is a strategic lever in achieving our talent objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Vendor Management:

Maintain and enhance collaborative relationships with global relocation vendor/sub-vendors. Includes service model, KPI’s, customer feedback mechanisms, process improvement etc.

Elevate Employee Experience:

Ensure superior support for employee and candidate moves into the US and within the US and Canada by partnering with the external relocation vendor to manage mobility program requirements such as: Senior executive moves, employee relocation needs assessments, temp living and home sale, exception requests, assignment documentation, etc. Provide advice and guidance to mobile employees/candidates in the US and Canada

Strategic Leadership and Consultation:

Provide proactive Mobility Planning to business and PE leaders to ensure well-informed mobility decisions. (Program/policy selection, cost projections, tax/immigration guidance etc.) Leverage analytics and critical thinking to develop innovative mobility programs to anticipate and meet business needs Assist or lead global projects within the Talent Mobility team or in other parts of People Experience (i.e. Technology or program design and implementation, process improvement, compliance initiatives, RFP’s etc.) Develop relationships with PE and business leaders to understand talent mobility issues Create tools and present training to PE and the business regarding relocation processes and programs

Qualifications:

Knowledge

Solid understanding of international and domestic relocation topics including managing vendor relationships, improving programs, policies, and processes, and techniques to elevate employee experience.

Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

B.S. level degree 6+ years of experience in Human Resources or Mobility, including 3+ years of relocation-related experience (vendor management, programs, processes, etc.) Prefer candidates who possess the following:

GRP certification Technology industry or entertainment industry experience Experience in global or multi-national organizations
