We are a small company that specializes in manufacturing of Medical Implants and Instrumentation. We are looking for the Ideal candidate who can do Prototype manufacturing and will be able to hit the ground running to perform assigned tasks with little supervision.
Job Description:
Position requires performing precision machining operations to produce high quality parts by programming, setting up, establishing processes, and producing fixtures using HAAS CNC Mill and Lathe machinery. Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings, and be able to measure/qualify parts utilizing measuring equipment.
Critical Competencies and Duties:
Must be able to produce parts from Drawing and or Sketches, from start to finish.
Inspect product to specifications, document work and make mechanical or offsetting adjustments.
Time reporting, troubleshooting, and diagnosing techniques to create high quality parts.
Must have 3D programming and machining experience.
Communications and team work: Be able to communicate and counsel operators in their machining work.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
Adaptability: possess an ability to change current work plans in order to meet department goals.
Be willing and able to work as a team member to achieve the shops goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements :
Strong work ethic: Be willing to work OT as needed to meet tight deadlines.
Experience: Knowledge of G-code programming.
Must display a stable and dependable work history.
Knowledge of Mastercam and Solid works is a plus.
Other job Details:
35-45hr work week. (Some OT required depending on workload)
Must speak, understand, and write English.
Have reliable transportation.
Compensation: Salary Negotiable based on Experience
