Principle Functions :

Qualified candidate will be responsible for managing their portfolio, measuring projects, reviewing layouts and turning in jobs in a timely manner.

Building and effectively maintaining professional and business relationships with superintendents installers, builders, home owners and all on site staff.

Participate in weekly management staff meetings to communicate and generate all weekly current and potential jobs to ensure solid timely and scheduled dates of completion.

Candidate must be a team player and continuously strive to improve departmental and Company performance.

Must maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

The perfect candidate will possess

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.

Must be able to accurately read a measuring tape and read and interpret drawings and project plans.

Maintain and develop effective business relationships with Builders, home owners, superintendents, clients, and contractors.

Computer skills including Microsoft products and email is a must!

Cabinetware, Cabinetvision and or CAD experience is a PLUS.

Previous construction experience is a PLUS.

Strong troubleshooting skills by email and in person is a must.

Maintain a professional and well groomed appearance on and off site.

Some physical demands that might be required but are not limited to are balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching and handling objects.
