We are looking to hire someone who has experience in a machine shop setting or coming out of a tech training school. Applicant with manual experience would need to have 5+ years experience. Compensation will very depending on experience. The applicant would need to be dependable and have a good work ethic. The applicant would need to be familiar with Mazak lathes that operate on Mazatrol, and Haas mills with Fanuc controls. We are looking for applicants that are detail oriented and someone that takes pride in their work. We have a family culture with our employees and the way we run our business and that sets us apart from most other employers. Most of are employees have been with us for 25+ years and even some that have been with us for 40+ years and are looking to retire. DSM is a family run machine and fabrication shop that manufacture and sell parts for Gardner-Denver, Mayhew, Midway and Badger water well drilling rigs, and make custom parts for many other rigs as-well.
