Recovery Advocate
(Per-Diem) Reporting to the House Manager, the Recovery Advocate is responsible for providing client supervision including; taking care of teenage males in treatment ranging in age from 13-17, responsible for providing adequate oversight of facility, teaching Life Skills as applicable, direct care provisions, and being a positive role model.
SCHEDULE:
Part-Time Overnights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) or
Per-Diem, Variable- Daytime, Evening, Overnight, and Weekends
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
One (1) year experience working with youth or substance abuse population preferred
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills
Must maintain a valid TX Drivers' License, have proof of automobile insurance and maintain a safe driving record based on Phoenix House policy.
