Capstone Commodities is growing, and we are currently seeking a Trading/Logistics Administrator to join our team in Round Rock, Texas. The Trading/Logistics Administrator will assist the Logistics Department in overseeing and monitoring truck deliveries and rail shipments. This person will learn our business by supporting our coordinators and managers in our daily operations and assist in the creation of processes and procedures. This is full-time position.
What you'll do:
Coordination of transportation functions,
Organizing and ensuring smooth execution of shipments with suppliers and buyers,
Working directly with customers to organize shipments to facilitate deliveries,
Be a liaison between accounting and the logistics department to resolve invoicing discrepancies
General administration functions including answers inbound calls, verifying orders, and other office duties.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities
Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel and Outlook).
Aptitude for learning new computer systems.
2 year degree
What we offer:
Salary range: $18-$20/hr
