Job requirements:
Ability to move heavy objects
At least 1-2 years experience with apartment make readies
Availability to work flexible hours
Good time management skills
Ability to speak English & Spanish
Able to supply own tools
Appliance repair knowledge
EPA certified for refrigerants
Be able to perform under pressure
Have a valid Texas Drivers License and valid insurance
Have a functioning vehicle
