Coordinator TA Operations Part Time

Responsibilities:
Accurately enter information into database systems.
Audit and validate data to endure data matches clients.
Work with multiple departments to ensure a timely and smooth transition for the execution of all projects.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of training materials to include but not limited to systems training, process and procedures, and cross-functional training.
Coordinate the distribution of materials between talent acquisition and business partners.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
Shift available: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm, 28 hours a week
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience in Marketing or Sales is required
2-3 years of experience in analyzing and reporting data (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Job Requirements:
