5+ years of digital content strategy experience - Must have had the title content strategist in a previous role Examples of projects involving content audits, content mapping, competitive analysis, journey mapping, website redesigns, email campaigns, or other CS-related deliverables Experience working with a design system and within the constraints of content management systems (CMS), particularly Drupal A passion for putting the user first and experience in user-centered design Being comfortable collaborating with an internal team and other groups to gather data and ensure the feasibility of our work Experience presenting an effective, compelling narrative to clients and decision makers Willingness to embrace creative constraints and work to find solutions in a highly regulated marketing environment Solid understanding of SEO and accessibility requirements Experience working within a digital framework: discovery, define, concept, design, and development Interest in sharing subject matter expertise and best practices across teams and channels Familiarity with Confluence, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud Ability to self-manage multiple tasks at one time Financial institution expertise (or subject matter expertise in highly regulated industries) preferred
