Position: Sr Product Manager Location: Austin, TX (remote to start) Length: 12 month contract Client's Industry: Financial Services

The Product Owner will be focused on the department and will work on a variety of projects from enhancements, to current features to new feature strategy, and development. This individual will work with both client stakeholders and development teams to implement changes.

What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for developing marketing concepts
  • Positioning and implementation of products: including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with sales, marketing, credit/underwriting, and finance to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Ensures that the product supports the client's overall strategy and goals.
  • Will define the product strategy and roadmap based on market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate success defining/recasting and launching excellent products

Required Skills/Experience:
  • 5 years of Product Management experience
  • Tool knowledge: JIRA, Confluence, TFS, PowerPoint, Visio, and SnagIt
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
