Texas Wildlife Management is looking for a summer intern to assist in the raising of our white-tailed deer fawns in our permitted facility. Job duties will include the daily bottle-feeding and care of baby fawns, socializing and observation, record keeping, and facility maintenance & cleaning. Job requires long hours, a good work ethic, & a dependable worker. The intern must be good with animals and live on-site. Must be able to commit to a 12-15 week program starting Mid June.
Employee must be able to lift 25 pounds. TWM is a non-smoking facility.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
