Job Summary The Crypto Services Team here at Apple is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join it's new and growing Application Engineering Team. If you are a keen problem solver who loves to work on a broad spectrum of challenges, then this could be the role for you! In this role you will provide frontline support for the team and the first stop in our efforts to build engineer relations. You will need to monitor communication channels, respond to questions, point users to the correct documentation or application to help them, and when needed engage with the correct team members in Crypto Services to fix the issue for the user. Lastly, as part of this role you will aid the Application Engineering Team in collecting metrics on the types of issues users face and make suggestions on possible ways to help them avoid it. Expectations:
  • Monitor and respond to communication channels for questions and onboarding requests
  • Assist users as much as possible before engaging with other Crypto Services Engineers
  • Look for new and innovative ways to prevent repeated user issues. This can be in the form of tooling, documentation or application changes.
  • Work on internal tools and scripts
