These advantages can enable you to be at the center of groundbreaking discoveries.What You'll Bring:This role is a member of the Cybersecurity team and will interact with teams throughout Information Security and across both domestic and international business units. This role will be asked to:

  • Arrange agendas and schedules for meetings between all of the individuals who will be contributing to initiatives
  • Write internal communications documents, including handouts and emails, to inform team members of important notices
  • Review materials created by others and offer suggestions for improvement
  • Edit and proofread the final versions of documentation, using company guidelines as a gauge
  • Present progress and results of tasks to management and other interested parties in person or in digital format
  • Conduct regular analyses of processes and procedures, making adjustments when necessary
  • Establish contact lists of collaborators and update information periodically
  • Perform other relevant duties as required
Impact You'll Make:
  • 2 or more years' experience in similar role within fast-paced, service-oriented multisite corporate environment.
  • Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various phases of a project
  • Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement
  • Critical thinking, organization and problem-solving skills essential
  • Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines
  • Client-focused with attention to quality and detail
  • Energetic, self-motivated and resourceful
  • Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees
  • Broad familiarity of common information security, information technology and cloud services terms and concepts a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies along with IT Service Management (ITSM) terms and concepts a plus.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft productivity tools including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
