IMS / Test EngineerResponsibilities
  • Responsible for Authoring and executing formal test plans for IMS network applications.
  • Responsible for end to end testing of VoLTE, RCS and IMS network deployments.
  • Execute IMS/RCS test cases, capture logs and file defects and driving to completion.
  • Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment and to lead technical discussions with multiple stakeholders including vendors.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills and able to segregate issues of device and network.
Requirements:
  • Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Working knowledge of various protocols and technologies such as LTE/IMS//VoLTE/VoWifi/SIP/RCS/RTP/RTCP/MSRP/DNS/HTTP/Diameter.
  • Experience on Tools like Wireshark, SipP, IXIA, NetScout IRIS, RADCOM probe analyzers in VOIP/IMS domain.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and suggestion of technical solutions in the area of IMS-Core.
  • Good understanding of IMS and RCS Call Flows end-to-end (UE to NW entities/Servers).
  • Knowledge of 3GPP /3GPP2 standards, GSM, UMTS, LTE, VoLTE technologies.
  • Expert level understanding of IP Networking and Protocols.
  • Knowledge in Shell Scripting, Python
Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Telecom, or related technical field
