Litify QA lead

Position:

• Lead all quality assurance, test automation, and release engineering-related activities and teams (Manual and Automation)
• Play a key role in troubleshooting, triaging, and diagnosing quality issues.
• Work cross-functionally with development, and Design to ensure products are delivered with high standards of quality and reliability.
• Work with the QA Team Leads on the release process and testing of components and end-to-end product test coverage.

• Be able to understand the application of the Salesforce Litify platform to the Legal Industry
• Developed consistent best practices in order to meet the ongoing business needs
• The ability to drive resolution to escalations, including post-mortem, root cause analysis, and implementations to ensure long term remediation of issues
• Familiarity with radar, Java, Javascript, html, Selenium, Salesforce/Apex knowledge, github.
