Red Oak Technology is seeking a

ServiceNow Software Engineer for our high tech giant client located in

Austin, TX for a

Contract position. NOTE: If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work within a commutable distance of your assigned Worksite Location.

Responsibilities:
  • Work on building processes on ServiceNow.
  • Work with QA team to make sure all the defects are fixed and the final product is ready for customer release.
  • Work on radars and deliver them within the project timelines.
  • Highlight risks/concerns to leads.
  • Provide deployment instructions
  • Detailed documentation of the functionality through code and also in the internal Project management tools.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in ServiceNow and how to write and manipulate objects in ServiceNow (both Server side and Client side) with 5+ years of experience.
  • At least a 6 months - 1 year experience implementing Native App on ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Service Catalog and building workflows/record producers.
  • Good experience in writing Business Rules, Script Includes and other Server side components.
  • Experience in writing highly performant Web Applications and an eye for detail.
