SymphonyRM, a data-based CRM company for the healthcare industry, is looking for a Solution Engineer to join a fast-growing team and work across several midsize and blue-chip healthcare and hospital clients.
The role:
You will own technical onboarding and delivery of SymphonyRMs solution to our customers. We are a startup building enterprise-grade software, the delivery of which requires deep collaboration both internally at SymphonyRM (across Sales, Product, Engineering), and with partner and client resources.
As a customer facing engineer on our Customer Solution team, you serve as the technical product specialist and launch lead, personally ensuring all the technical onboarding activities are executed to perfection to ensure a smooth customer launch. Post go-live, you will partner with Customer Success managers to plan and develop custom integrations for our powerful CRM platform and Next Best Action engine. This involves configuring and developing new integrations, as well as advise on how our platform and tools can be optimized and improved.
What you'll do:
Spin up new customer apps and environments within the SymphonyRM platform.
Partner with the Customer Solutions Group to prioritize, scope, and coordinate their use of your time.
Understand, estimate, and provide feedback on customer requirements.
Configure and develop end-to-end solutions using our CRM and analytics tools that enable highly-visible, and highly-valuable, customer use cases to non-technical end-users.
Collaborate with product owners and backend engineers to get everything looking and working exactly like it should.
What were looking for:
3 to 5 years experience in software development, software implementation or professional services. You have to be a versatile engineer with strong front end web development skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
A creative, versatile approach to solving problems with technology - the variety of problems you face will rarely have a well-defined, obvious solution.
Experience with relational databases, SQL queries and optimization, and dealing with large datasets a requirement.
