We are an Austin, TX based company with integrated wellness and fitness offerings centered on Movement, Nutrition, and Recovery in downtown Austin. In addition to Generator, our other brand, Primo Performance & Rehabilitation is a recognized Physical Therapy studio and is known for inspiring and motivating its clients and employees to maximize life through health, wellness, and fitness.

Generator's wellness concept involves treatments such as massage therapy, acupuncture, fire cupping, cold/hot tubs, fascial stretching, infrared sauna, nutrition consulting, and Normatec compression therapy. Generator's fitness studio consists of small group workouts focusing on HIIT, Core, Mobility, Strength, and Yoga. Generator has a strong belief in being community oriented and offers free outdoor workouts, often with live music

Our client service associates are the bright face of the Generator who connect all visitors with all things Generator Athlete Lab.

Responsibilities
Promptly greet, check in, & check out clients; and respond to client inquiries
Following up with leads & setting appointments via phone calls, Google Voice Texts, and emails
Ability to learn & implement a sales process. Don't worry, we'll train!
Assist clients, enroll in classes, workshops, and appointments
Schedule tours, appointments, and classes
Accurately process client payment and communicate with them regarding billing preferences and account balances
Addressed client complaints and escalate to a manager whenever necessary
Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities.
Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
Requirements
Customer service experience in retail, front desk or similar environment
High school diploma, Some college preferred
Computer Skills- We mostly use Google Docs & Canva; MBO (MindBody) is our main scheduling & POS program - any knowledge in MBO is a big plus
Ability to build rapport with clients and staff by learning their names, preferences, and needs
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve client, computer and minor equipment issues
CPR certification required

Experience with MINDBODY
Previous experience in a fitness, massage, or wellness facility environment
Social media/marketing experience
