JOB TITLE: Receptionist/Front Desk Staff
HOURS OF WORK: Tuesday - Friday 10am to close; Saturday 10am to close
WORK DUTIES: Various receptionist and front desk duties which would include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and emails.
Must be friendly, welcoming and accommodating to all customers.
Must keep retail, display, waiting room and desk areas clean and equipment in working order.
Is required to make sure there is a complete Client Ticket prior to client check out and will be held responsible if charges are input incorrectly.
Is required to wash/fold all laundry.
Is required to sweep/mop the shop floor.
Responsible for managing appointments and checking clients in/out, including "walk in's", making notes in client's files. Should check voicemail messages on the hour and at opening each day.
Make retail product suggestions when asked by clients.
Required to make sure that the restrooms are clean and stocked at all times.
Required to clean and stock all glassware.
Required to clean and test keg dispensers.
Order all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Must wear proper uniform and attire.
Must be responsible for knowing own work schedule.
Must use promotional tools of the shop.
Cell phones may never be used at the front desk.
Should be a team player, respectful of others and provide good customer service.
Should be detail and time management oriented.
