- Imaging and deployment of PCs
- PC hardware troubleshooting
- Unix-based PC troubleshooting for login problems, Autofs problems, package management, etc.
- Windows-based PC troubleshooting Windows-based PCs for on/off the domain, SMB shares, drivers, hardware issues, interface with IT, etc.
- Network troubleshooting related to cabling, MAC addressing, IP addressing, Firewalls and proxy, etc.
- Monitor messaging channels for support requests and act on them or triage and handing off as appropriate
- Test board troubleshooting for issues related to power, USB, serial failures
- Perform inventory management by maintaining, adding, and marking damaged items in the checkout system
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experienced with Unix, Windows, Networking
- Nice to have Experience with Fastboot, ADB shell, Android
