Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated construction professional to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of SW3P (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) and erosion control practices. This role is critical for ensuring quality control, maintaining compliance, and managing daily site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and laborers.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
Review construction plans and communicate with the supervisor for clarification or questions.
Operate equipment such as Bobcat, mini-excavator, etc.
Maintain clear communication with the project supervisor regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in SW3P/erosion control construction or a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction practices and processes.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction environments.
Ability to lead teams effectively and efficiently.
Strong ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
