American Residential Service (ARS) a nationwide leader in the Home Service Industry We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer.
ARS provides residential and light commercial Install and Repair of Residential HVAC SYSTEMS. We are proud to offer high quality equipment and world class service to our customers.

We are in search of an experienced Lead HVAC Installer with at least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a team, with a strong focus on meeting completion deadlines and superior workmanship.
The qualified Lead Installer will lead a team of installers utilizing their technical skills and knowledge in a residential setting to:
Install- Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
Start Up & Troubleshoot new systems
Other requirements include:
$1500 Sign On Bonus
A High School diploma or GED (general education degree).
Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
A working knowledge of electrical and gas diagnostics and air flow are preferred.
Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal)
A valid drivers’ license and good communications skills.
