Job Details

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager who will be responsible for Pardot platform operation and implementation based on specific project requests. You will report directly to the Director of Demand Gen.

Job Duties:
  • Working closely with client contacts and internal teams to manage workload and completing campaign work in a timely and error-free manner
  • Campaign build, proofing, deployment, and publication on Pardot
  • Audience segmentation and list processing for campaign deployment
  • Perform basic platform-based coding action and tech support to clients.
  • Deliverability monitoring
  • Provide Campaign performance analysis Data and optimization proposals.
  • Serve as an expert on email marketing best practices and educating other
Ideal Background
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Platforms, e.g. Salesforce Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Salesforce Pardot. Pardot Certified will be preferred.
  • Understanding of general CRM practice, preferably client-facing experience.
  • Able to use/understand HTML/CSS/JavaScript in emails/landing pages.
  • Able to understand platform backstage logic
  • Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Computer Science, E-commerce, Digital Media or related field
