Salesforce CPQ Architect - Remote - $140k/year

My client in the Ed-Tech space is looking to onboard an experienced and motivated Salesforce CPQ Admin or Architect to lead their growing Salesforce platform. This position is responsible for the administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud; this includes system configuration, (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.), creation of reports and dashboards, end-user training and data integrations, monitoring the end-user case queue, and ensuring data hygiene and integrity. They will also be the main CPQ administrator and will be responsible for maintaining price books, price rules, and all configurations related to CPQ, including Advanced Approvals.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with business users to identify and resolve programmatic issues and gather requirements for enhancement requests. Build new custom processes and workflows into the system as required.
  • Day to day, this includes: collaborating with other team members on resolving their assigned cases or for input to determining her/his cases; collaborating with external vendor support on issues involving system integrations;
  • Manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup.
  • Implementation of new CPQ Price Books
  • Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce, including but not limited to Marketo, Salesloft, and Highpoint
  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Salesforce.com project experience
  • Demonstrate a high familiarity with Sales Cloud, including Salesforce CPQ, Order Management, Advanced Approvals, and Contracts
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace and manage change in a dynamic work
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications
