The role:

As the Organizational Change Management Specialist, you will use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting our team's ability to achieve its key results.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply

    PROSCI and Schwab tools and frameworks to support improved future-state process & role design and alignment from an OCM perspective
  • Lead OCM activities covering the different components (e.g. communications, training, stakeholder management, coaching)
  • Develop and execute communication plans
  • Provide coaching and/or mentoring of team members and internal partners from an OCM perspective
  • Develop and deliver user adoption/training programs for projects/initiatives
  • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change
Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in change management and organizational development
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements
  • Proven experience in a consulting and/or client-facing environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Bachelors' degree
  • Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Capital work through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.
  • Preferred - Advanced degree in related specialization area
  • Preferred - Confluence, JIRA
Soft Skills:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong orientation to clients, including ability to understand needs and apply this knowledge to product enhancements, online user experience, and communication content (internal and external)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills - ability to quickly analyze data to identify key insights and apply them to the business
  • Demonstrated prioritization skills under time constraints.
  • Product and project management skills. Business judgment, including ability to balance resources, and evaluate and address risks
