Job DescriptionGreat opportunity for Warehouse Supervisor in Baytown - pay is $25-$30 per hour plus overtime! DuPont Schedule - you only work 14 days per month! MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE!Warehouse/Logistics Manager is responsible for all aspects of storage, control, and distribution of materials and products to meet company objectives and customer requirements. This involves directing and administering inventory control, shipping and receiving, and materials storage. The manager is responsible for the management and development of the Warehouse/Logistics staff. Responsible for receiving materials, supplies, equipment and services while maintaining inventory in conjunction with Finance. Coordinates with Site to schedule delivery of materials, supplies, equipment, and services according to requirements of the company's operations. Investigates and solves problems resulting from material shortages, however caused. Supports the shipping and receiving functions of the company and oversees the storage of purchased parts and finished goods. Ensures that the company's established procedures are followed in connection with all Materials Management functions. Ensures deviations are properly investigated and closed. Assesses workload and manages resource deployment to achieve goals, manufacturing, and project timelines. Assist in coordinating recalls when deemed necessary. Participates in Regulatory Inspections and client audits as needed. Participates in cross-site forums and contributes to Business Unit Quality and Safety policies and procedures as requested. Will perform other duties as assigned. - Understanding of the regulatory compliance requirements for manufacturing. - Understanding of the principles of safety as they pertain to manufacturing. - Demonstrated strong ability in problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Must be able to act decisively. - Uses a team-oriented approach to project management and problem resolution. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team structure. Holds self and others accountable for achieving collective goals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence others and lead complex projects. - Demonstrated skill at successful interactions with regulatory agency staff and/or customers/clients desirable. - Strong attention to detail with strong documentation and coordination practices; adherence to procedures. - Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities. - Demonstrated strength as a manager including mentoring and coaching of staff, establishing priorities, and delivering on projects within budget and on time. Hands-on attitude to get things done, with the tenacity to manage change to a successful conclusion.
