Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients and their customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service .
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years or older
