 Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating.Medication reminders and assist clients with ambulation and transfers.Assist with ADL'S and personal hygiene, meal prep, assist with feedings, help with exercises and encourage mobility as tolerated by our client.Assist client with shopping or accompany them to area stores.Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents to their supervisor.Offer activities to maintain independence.
