Must Have:

6-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
Experience working with Customer Case management, Ancillary application, SFDC deployments, Service Cloud, and GitHub
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service, Splunk, Agile, and Omnichannel Service Channels
Experience working with Jira, Salesforce Mobile app, Selenium, and Salesforce technology
