Seeking a part-time administrative assistant to help at a local Beaumont Insulation and Garage Door company. Duties will include answering phones, taking customer payments over the phone, printing work orders, scheduling jobs with customers and builders alike. Job will also include setting up new customers in system, some job costing, and light invoicing. Tasks could develop and progress into a more dedicated role in the future.
Ideally candidate will be detail oriented, able to prioritize and work independently. Must be dependable. Prior office experience is helpful, but not required. Basic computer skills is a must. Problem solving skills are necessary and having a pleasant attitude. Looking for someone who is trustworthy and who will be a team player. Need to fill position right away.
