Helpdesk Technician - Contract to HireJob summary:Provide support to all corporately owned stores along with corporate staff and minimal support to franchise stores. Reports to IT Support Manager. Hours of operation are Monday ? Sunday 5 AM-12 AM.Responsibilities:Support and maintain all Point-of-Sale systems.Image replacement systemsHardware, Software, and Printer troubleshootingManage email, domain, and legacy system accountsSome Cellular supportResearch questions using available information resourcesFollow standard helpdesk proceduresLog all helpdesk interactionIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.Track and route problems and requests and document resolutionsStay current with system information, changes and updatesMinimum Requirements2+ years of troubleshooting hardware, networking, and software knowledge is a mustPassword resets, adding & removing users, printer setup, managing accountsOpening and closing of troubleshooting ticketsRemote desktop experienceKnowledge and experience of customer service practicesStrong Oral and written communication skills for both internal and external customers
