An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable and have a great eye for detail.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detail oriented. Must be a self-starter, organized, capable of multitasking, be a good problem solver and be able to prioritize workloads. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks will also essential. The goal is to ensure that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times. HVAC required.
