MAINTENANCE TEACH AND MAKE READY NEEDED FOR BEAUMONT PROPERTIES
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX MAINTENANCE TECH AND MAKE READY
Looking for a Maintenance Technician AND Make Ready for three small Apartment Complexes in the Beaumont area.
HVAC experience preferred but not required
Carpet installation experience preferred but not required
Salary- DOE Plus Discount on Beautiful Apartment
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Maintaining the physical apartment complex property and general Apartment Maintenance repairs of the community.
-Must be able to handle plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment, appliance and carpentry repairs, electrical repairs and all facets of apartment make-ready, including sheet rocking, tape and float, texture and painting.
-Required respond to on-call, after hour emergencies;
-Monitor and maintain all Apartment Maintenance building systems
-Handling grounds keeping apartment property clean and upkept.
