Multiple Positions Available:

Firestop Barrier Repair:

In Barrier Repair, you will learn light demolition, how to repair firestop systems and do drywall and painting to

rebuild the area according to NFPA standards.

Damper Repair/Inspector:

As a Damper Repairman or Inspector, you will inspect and/or repair install access doors in ductwork; replace

electric or pneumatic motors/actuators, replace fusible links and hooks; replace fire damper blades or entire assembly

if unable to repair according to NFPA standards.

Door Repair:

As a Door Repairman, you will inspect and/or repair commercial fire and smoke doors and hardware. This will

include door frames, doors, locksets, latches, closers, strike plates, etc. according to NFPA standards.

Requirements:

- Must have a valid current driver's license and eligible to rent a car (21+ years old)

- Willing to travel 100% - flights/hotels/rentals provided

- Must pass a Drug Test, LIFETIME Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record

- Must be willing to submit to TB test, vaccination blood tests, & vaccinations when required by the client (MMR, Flu, Varicella,

etc.)

- No Visible Tattoos/No Smoking

- Comfortable working on heights such as ladders and in small spaces

Previous painting, finish carpentry, caulking, insulation, drywall finish, and other installer experience is a big plus but not required. This role would be an ideal career transition if you have experience in apartment maintenance, hospital maintenance, general maintenance, home repair, asbestos/mold removal, cable installation, alarm installation, painting (painter), caulking (caulker), HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, apprentice/apprenticeship of any kind. Veterans are also welcome.
