Therapist (PRN)

DescriptionProvides psychotherapy services to person(s) receiving care, as scheduled and document, conducts individual, group or family therapy sessions as appropriate for treatment plan of the person(s) receiving care; provides initial treatment planning for person(s) receiving care, based on assessment and coordinates any additional services needed, and revises as necessary; maintains documentation of therapy services provided to each person(s) receiving care, according to facility/clinic and professional standards, revising as indicated by facility/clinic or professional standards; maintains a caseload, as assigned; actively participates in treatment team meetings, collaborates with other staff to facilitate services for the person(s) receiving care, as appropriate to their treatment plan; may provide these services in an inpatient or patient setting; may perform case management, discharge or after care planning, as needed.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
