POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all receiving activities and warehouse inventory movements. Controls inventory accuracy and executes warehouse operational objectives.

Review vendor-packing lists, inspect incoming materials, and perform receiving functions in enterprise software.

Review completed finished good production orders and perform work order confirmation functions in enterprise software.

Verify and receive all incoming RGAs (Returned Goods) and record into software.

Sort, organize, and palletize incoming materials. Place received materials into inventory racks and storage bins while updating the correct inventory locations in enterprise software.

Troubleshoot inventory and receiving issues.

Perform inventory cycle counts.

Pull from finished good stock and perform shipping functions in enterprise software.

Create bill of ladings for outbound shipments, schedule LTL and dedicated shipment pickups. Create international shipment documentation.

Palletize, band, stretch wrap, and build crates for outbound shipments.

Develop and distribute metric reports for respective receiving, shipping, and inventory operations.

Support plant lean, safety, quality and continuous improvement efforts.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree in business, management, or related field. 5+ years in a distribution environment may be considered as a substitute.

Experience in data entry and data analysis.

Strong research, problem solving, and organizational skills

Ability to facilitate ideas across departments and suggest process improvement opportunities

Strong Microsoft knowledge: Excel, Word, Outlook
