Greeting and welcoming customers appropriately.
Answering telephone, screening and directing calls.
Taking and relaying messages.
Maintaining data up to date.
General clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Verifying entered customers and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
Receiving and entering payments.
Contacting insurance companies.
Other general clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Professional Telephone Etiquette
Professional appearance.
Positive Attitude.
Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
Organized.
