Hiring HR administrator to start immediately! Must be bilingual English/Spanish and be available to work in the Los Indios area.

General working knowledge of human resources, management skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, ATS,consulting skills, decision making skills, financial, analytical skills, and influence skills.

Knowledge of ERISA, employment, and labor laws and regulations required.

Solid knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Good PC knowledge and data entry experience

Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters

Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices

Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy

Assist in the production of financial statements and application, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required

Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company's monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure swift payment of invoices

Resolution of finace related queries

Provide financial support to team members

Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role

Work with staff on mitigating chargebacks

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business or related area required and a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible human resources experience.

Must have the ability to coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issues.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to research and analyze various different types of data information.

Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgement that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.

Experience in human resources management including problem solving, conflict resolution skills, consulting skills, operational management skills, payroll processing and timekeeping. Knowledge of ERISA, employment, labor laws and regulations required. PHR or SPHR desireable
