As the Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Setting up interviews with the Corporate Human Resources Manager and hiring managers.
Initiate criminal background checks.
Assist with employment verifications.
New hire orientation.
Assist with the organization of events.
Upkeeping of employee files.
Employee attendance and punctuality reports.
Requiring supplies from the Purchasing Department when necessary.
Copy, file, fax, and scan.
Answer phone calls and relate messages.
Greet visitors and employees.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
Bilingual (English + Spanish)
Microsoft Office
Criminal background check and drug screen required.
