Basic Functions:
Responsible for raw material/ finished goods handling and storage. Receives the production schedule from Warehouse Coordinator for shipping instructions. Is responsible for pulling the raw material for the production area in order to satisfy production schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
Verify product against shipping document.
Check shipping documents for special requirements
Receive and verify all incoming shipments
Load and unload trucks
Prepare load plan according to the layout of the shipment
Operate shrink wrap machine
Maintain and update the kilo per hour board
Assist with the weekly/monthly inventory
Must maintain shipping area clean and clear of all trash
Perform all duties as required
Technical skills:
High School Diploma or GED
6 months experience with warehousing, shipments,
Must be able to operate an electrical forklift and lift truck
Bilingual
Human abilities:
Team work player
Work under pressure
Good communication skills
Organizational skills
Must be flexible to work all shifts
